Candle light nostalgia
Flowers and leaf motif sparkle and glow in the center with a large, foil-backed rose-cut diamond on this dramatic bracelet.
This ravishing and romantic beauty glitters with 1.65 Ct by spread of foiled and closed back diamonds in a Georgian style, reminescent of an era full of romance and unspoken sentiment.
The bracelet is composed by an elongated element set with a central foiled and closed back oval shape rose cut diamond of approx .40 Ct by spread surrounded by twenty eight rose cut diamonds set on silver over gold totaling approx 1.01 Ct in a feminine and evocative openwork.
Central element is flanked by twelve (six on each side) links, each is set with a rose cut diamond for a total of approx .24 Ct by spread.
Leaf and flower open work forms are spectacular. Texturing of the individual silver and gold surfaces is hypnotic. Even the sides are crafted with a master’s touch.
Hidden tongue and groove clasp finishes the small master work with safety catch.
Artfully crafted in 14 Kt yellow gold and silver in the Netherlands during the middle of the twentieth century in emulation of late-eighteenth/early-nineteenth English Georgian style, marked.
Very good overall condition commensurate to use and age.
