Garnet was the most desirable gemstone, attractive on almost every complexion, they were flat cut, foiled and closed back by expert jeweller and arranged in pleasing design.
Articulated in three elements the earrings feature a beautiful array of various flat cut shaped natural garnets, dangling sensuously at each movement.
In all are six flat cut garnets totalling approx 2.85 Ct estimated, each garnet is foiled and closed back, with bulbous back typical of Georgia era, set in a pinched collet glowing with vivid rich reds.

Artfully crafted between later years of Georgian and beginning of Victorian era in 9 Kt warm rosey yellow gold and a lovely patina from the passing of time, marked.
