A sapphire, pearl and diamond double daisy ring from Edwardian era reminds us the spring is never far away in spirit.
Referred to as a crossover ring, this treasure is used to mark the joining of two, two ideas, two memories, two minds or any duality. Whether as an engagement or right hand ring, the combo of sapphire and diamonds is always striking and concordant.
With 1.77 Ct of old mine cut diamonds, its design incorporates two flowers in a moi et toi or me and you stunner Each flowerhead has six sparkling petals and more diamonds on shoulders eight in total.
At the center of one flower a sublibe vivid blue natural sapphire, antique round cut of approx .18 Ct, complemented by a dreamy bouton shape natural saltwater pearl of approx 2.8 mm in diameter.
Fluid lines and rhythmic content are constructed of 18k yellow gold giving a most feminine persona to this evocative ring.
Artfully crafted in 18 Kt yellow gold during Edwardian era.
Very good overall condition commensurate to use and age, with signs of its past lives.
